The hotel offered a pleasant stay, with friendly staff that provided excellent service. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. The room had a comfortable bed and was located in a convenient location, close to public transportation and local restaurants. the cleanliness of the room was commendable, making the stay even more comfortable.
Despite the good aspects mentioned above, the hotel does have some areas for improvement. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and slow, causing some frustration.

Convenient Location and Satisfying Room 😊
The room was just what we were looking for, and the hotel's proximity to our destination in Melnik was great, just a short 20-minute drive. Plus, the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. a good 3-star experience here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was great and gave us a good start to our day. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was very near the center of the city and the lake.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel had a convenient location, just a short walk to the bustling center and beautiful lake area. the cozy room was clean and comfortable, with all of the necessary amenities. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. a satisfying stay with plenty of nice facilities.
There were a few issues that detracted from the experience, such as a poor wi-fi connection and a slippery shower floor.

we appreciated the convenient location close to local attractions and transportation. the room was also cozy and had a pleasant atmosphere.
the shower curtain in the room didn't reach the bottom of the shower, resulting in a wet and slippery floor.
